Technical Information

• You can complete this course on any computer, tablet or smartphone
• We recommend using a recent release of one of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge.
• Older versions may stop you viewing the course correctly

Your IT support

If you are completing your course in your workplace we recommend that your IT department check the following points:

• Ensure emails from @elearnhere.co.uk email addresses are whitelisted so that we can contact you if you request any support
• The Elearn Here LMS domain (elearnhere.co.uk) should be made a trusted site
• Pop-up browser windows should be allowed for elearnhere.co.uk
• Video streaming may need to be permitted through the IT firewall. We mainly use Vimeo and YouTube for streaming video

Practical Tips

• To listen to the course content, click on the Play symbol in the audio bar on each page
• Your work is saved automatically as you progress through the course
• To log out, click the Menu and then the course title to go back to the home page. The Log Out button will show at the top right of your screen. (The Menu appears once you start the course)
• As you go through the course, you need to watch all the video content and complete all the self-check questions and scenarios in order to progress to the next lesson
• At the end of the course you will be asked to take a multiple-choice test
• Once you have completed the test you can download and print a certificate for your records
